SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to process orders within 48 hours of purchase, excluding public holidays.

The above timeframe estimates are from when the parcel is dispatched and only account for business days. These do not include delays outside our control.

COVID -19 DELAYS

Due to the current global pandemic, logistics have been backlogged causing delays in shipping times. To help combat this, we're currently shipping all our products directly from our manufacturing facility overseas via airfreight to save time. Please refer to the table above for estimated shipping lead times. 

Until the global shipping delays are resolved, please allow for extra time on your deliveries.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please also check your junk mail as this email may be re-directed to this folder depending on your email settings.

In the event, that you do not receive any tracking details after 7 business days, please contact us at support@theravolt.com.au.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Please take note that due to the current global shipping conditions, customs have the right to stop your parcel for a considerable amount of time, to conduct routine checks. Any such delays will be communicated to you where applicable.

POSTAGE INFORMATION

Orders dispatched by Theravolt will not require signature on delivery by default. If you are not home, it will be left in a safe place or at your local pickup zone. In the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, please notify us ASAP and we will open up a ticket with the Courier's Investigation Team and do our best to help you find a solution.

INCORRECT INFORMATION

Once your order has been placed no changes are able to be made. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.

If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded and you may be required to pay additional fees for getting the product re-dispatched to you to the correct address. Hence, please always ensure that all details you have entered are correct. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.
