Warranty and Refunds

WARRANTY

At Theravolt, product quality is our number one priority. We offer an industry leading 12 months warranty on all our products. If within 12 months from the date of purchase your device fails due to manufacturer’s defect, Theravolt will repair or replace the product or the necessary components, free of charge.

To send your product in for warranty or repairs, please contact our customer support at support@theravolt.com.au for instructions along with your proof of purchase. Please note that the warranty will also be voided if the customer is unable to provide a dated proof of purchase.

Our warranty does not extend to:

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, fire, water (liquid spillage or ingression), theft, vermin, or insect infestation.
  • Damage caused by the misuse or abusive use of the Theravolt product
  • Damage caused by incorrect operation or improper maintenance of the Theravolt product, including abnormal storage and safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises.
  • Damage caused by adverse external conditions such as power surges and dips, thunderstorm activity, or any other act or circumstance beyond Theravolt’s control.
  • Product purchases made from unauthorised retailers.
  • Product that has undergone repairs, modifications and other works carried out on the Theravolt product other than by authorised Theravolt personnel.
  • Product that does not bear the original manufacturer’s factory applied identification in its original form (where unit identification number has been removed, wiped out, rubbed off or altered)

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We stand by our products and customer satisfaction is our priority. In the event that the product you have received is faulty or if you are not satisfied with our product, please get in contact with us immediately at support@theravolt.com.au within 30 days of the purchase date of the product. A member of our team will be in contact with you as soon as possible to initiate the return and refund process. Any return request after this period will not be accepted. Please note the following:

  • Please ensure that you return the Theravolt product along with its included accessories in its original packaging along with the original receipt.
  • The return address will be provided by our customer service team once a qualifying return request has been made and processed.
  • Any refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used to purchase the product unless otherwise noted in the return process.
  • Personalised items and items marked for sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product in question contains a manufacturer’s defect.
  • All returns are subject to validation and approval at Theravolt’s discretion.
